PROJECT DESCRIPTION

In partnership with Kotey & Associates, Law and Development Associates (LADA) undertook a comprehensive legislative and judicial review of the constitutional, legislative, judicial and customary law framework on land administration in Ghana. This was followed by the development of proposals for the enactment of a uniform land code for land management in Ghana.
