I joined the LADA Group of Companies in 2013 as the Administrator General. This role includes operationally overseeing the Human Resources function of the Group,processing accounts receivable and invoicing, overseeing the daily management of the offices, monitoring projects and cases and, performing secretarial duties to the Board.
Prior to the LADA Group, I was an Experience Executive for Audi in Mayfair and a Customer Services Team Leader for Homebase and Wickes Home Improvement Centre. During my tenure at Audi, I developed a sales tracking and monitoring system aimed at providing a simple but effective way of reconciling and tracking the Mayfair’s branch sales of cars against other showrooms in the Region for the Sales Team.
At Homebase and Wickes, I developed Shrinkage Reduction strategies for my departments, aimed at identifying, monitoring and reporting locations of stock loss. In addition, I was responsible for creating and devising new ways of delivering to customers, personalized customer services and training staff to uphold customer service standards which, ensured that on a monthly basis, maintained a top five (regional) spot for Customer Service Standards both for Homebase in Merton and, Wickes in Wimbledon.
As a result of this administrative and customer service experience gained over 16 years in the retail industry, I have a seasoned perspective on how to organize all administrative functions of any size office within any given industry and deliver exceptional and personalized customer service.
I am a Master’s graduate of Liverpool University where I majored in Global Human Resource Management. I currently live in Accra Ghana. When I am not busy with administrative duties, you can find me on the beach enjoying the tropical sun and surf.
