PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Law and Development Associates (LADA) provided consultancy services to undertake a desk review of all forest and wildlife laws and policies in Ghana. LADA conducted nationwide meetings with key stakeholders. Validation meetings were also held in the three sectors of the country. As a result, draft legislative proposals for the consideration of Parliament were produced. Furthermore, LADA continued support by chaperoning the Bill through Parliament and produced a comprehensive report on the review process.
