PROJECT DESCCRIPTION

Law and Development Associates (LADA) provided consultancy services to undertake an analysis of the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) regime. LADA conducted nationwide field surveys in lieu of drafting a revised NHIS law. Validation meetings were held and draft legislative proposals for the consideration of Parliament were produced. Finally, LADA chaperoned the Bill through Parliament and produced a comprehensive report on the review process.
